CINK Programs

CINK is not a lifelong program. Clients are not bound to continual lessons to maintain results. Instead we give you the guidance and training to return to whatever activity you love but with a body that is more responsive to the positive effects of that activity.

These are the different program series we offer:

BASIC SERIES:

This series focuses on releasing the body from dysfunctional lines and their damaging effects. In their place we will build new ideal lines to connect and harmonize the body.

Comprehensive 2 -hour Evaluation:

  • Body Type Diagnosis

  • Individual Lines Structural Drawing

  • Body Structure Photograph

  • Personalized Treatment Plan

Private Lessons: 6 weeks

  • (3) Private 1.5-hour lessons plus (1) 2 hour re-evaluation each week.

  • Individual homework assignments designed to connect the movements learned from lessons with the movements in everyday life.

Final Evaluation:

  • Final 2- hour re-evaluation

  • New Body Structure Photographs to document your progress

  • Individualized written program for continuing progress on your own.

SECOND SERIES:

Movement through Ideal Lines

This series applies the new functional ideal lines to all your movement patterns, enabling the body to be protected at all times.

Comprehensive 2 -hour Evaluation:

  • Diagnose the stability of the ideal lines in your body.

  • Discover your basic movement patterns that allow the old dysfunctional energy lines become dominate.

  • Body Re-structuring Photograph to document these movement patterns.

  • Personalized treatment plan to develop complete movement through the ideal lines.

Private Lessons: 6 weeks

  • (2) 2-hour lessons (to master the more advanced movements) per week.

  • Individualized homework assignments each week to connect the movements taught in your lessons with your everyday movements patterns.

Final Evaluation:

  • Final 2- hour evaluation

  • New Body Re-structure photographs to document your progress

  • Individualized written program for continuing progress on your own.

THIRD SERIES:

Advanced Athletic Movement

After completing the first two series, clients may advance to the Athletic Movement Series. In this series your movement patterns in a particular sport and/or dance will be broken down to assess where the ideal line connection is broken. An Individualized program will be designed to help regain and sustain the energy connection through this activity.

Comprehensive 2 -hour Evaluation:

  • A “walk-through” the movements of your sport/dance to see where the energy from the ideal lines disconnect.

  • Photograph your body for documentation and provide a drawing of your energy lines from their weakest point.

  • Create a personalized plan to quickly correct these weakened movement patterns so you can maintain ideal energy lines throughout your sport.

Private Lessons: 6 weeks

  • (3) 2-hour lessons per week. The extra time is necessary to cover the complexity and variety of movements in your chosen sport.

  • Homework assignments each week to help your body connect movements learned from these lessons with the movements of your everyday movements patterns.

Final Evaluation:

  • Final 2-hour evaluation

  • New Body Re-structure Photographs

  • New Individual Structural Drawing of your energy lines from your weakest movements to document progress.

  • Written program for continuing progress on your own.
