Lindsey

Certified Pilates Instructor

She trained in classical ballet and her journey has been shaped by years of pushing for answers to complex medical issues, which eventually led to diagnoses of a rare vascular leg disorder and hyper mobility Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. That experience deeply informs her teaching philosophy: resilience matters, challenge can shape us, and the body is always capable of becoming stronger.
